How do I create a custom personalised notebook?
Pick the cover first. The Custom Linen Notebook is linen over hardcover in rose, matcha or milk, and is the one that stays on a desk. The Softcover Leather Notebook is vegan leather in black, blush or biscotti, dot-lined on both pages with perforated sheets, and travels better in a bag. Then choose your gold foil text and where it sits — the options are set on each product page.
What can I have embossed on the cover?
A first name is the safest choice and the one that actually gets used. So does MAMA, or DAD, or whatever their children call them. Or the name of the thing rather than the person — the business, the trip, the study year, the project. Character availability covers upper and lower case English, numerals 0-9, é and ë, macrons for te reo Māori names, and the symbols ' , - . ♡ & +. We emboss by hand, so no two are identical.
What is Note to Self?
Our gratitude journal, and the one to choose if you want prompts rather than a blank page. 160 lined pages and 112 gold foil prompt stickers you place wherever you like — nothing is dated, so there is nothing to fall behind on and no wasted pages if you skip a fortnight. It comes in two designs: Illustrated, with a matching illustration inside the cover, and Classic, with a fine dotted design, in ivory, matcha or rose.
What paper do you use?
FSC-certified throughout. Paper weight is the thing that quietly decides whether a notebook gets used — thin paper ghosts, and ghosting makes people stop writing. The softcover notebook is dot-lined on both sides with perforated pages if you tear things out; Note to Self is lined.
Is a personalised notebook a good gift?
